The preparation of Yeti Yogurt Frozen Creations' frozen yogurts never changes: every flavor is made in a kosher facility without high-fructose corn syrup. But each Yeti Yogurt location mixes it up by changing their menu daily to feature a selection of 16 to 24 flavors that range from cupcake batter and orchard cherry to abominable white mocha spiked with BigFoot Java. Along with gluten- and allergen-free yogurts, Yeti Yogurt's self-serve machines stock non-dairy sorbets free of sodium and cholesterol. Customers can then choose from more than 60 toppings to customize their treats with fruit, cereal, and BigFoot Java espresso beans.

When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?

Swedish pancakes, like meatballs, are iconic to the Swedes. We serve our pancakes Swedish style with real whipped cream and lingonberries.

In business for 22 years, Cook's World Cooking School infuses aspiring epicureans with cooking expertise in an appetizing assortment of hands-on classes. During each one-night class, a rotating cast of skilled and professionally-trained local chefs guide students through the basics of a specific type of cuisine, cooking skill, or saucepan percussion technique. Go Italian in a doughy pizza-making and throwing class, create sophisticated small plates of flavor-packed treats in the spanish tapas course, or slather on new skills in a barbecue class, in which students learn to tame the wild elemental forces of fire, smoke, and tangy sauce.

Classes run for three hours each with 15 or fewer students, ensuring ample time for participation and one-on-one guidance. All class sessions are held in Cook's World's well-equipped culinary studio, which houses a cornucopia of professional cooking equipment and a carpet woven from retired chefs’ hats.

In the years that it took him to achieve the national master title, Elliott Neff learned that chess is more than just a game. He found that math competency, critical thinking, spatial reasoning, and other essential skills are honed as one plays. So, when he sits down to give one of his students a lesson, he thinks of it not as a diversion but, as his company's motto puts it, as "teaching life skills through chess." To help him expand the reach of his philosophy, Elliott has assembled a team of more than 35 local and national chess champions. During group classes and private lessons, these coaches motivate students to exercise their mental agility while learning the correct way to outsmart kings.
