A licensed massage therapist for more than two decades, Audra Sanderhoff purges stress and anxiety from the body during even the most stressful times—including childbirth. As owner of Something Sacred Massage, Audra invites clients—male or female—to stop in for a soothing table massage, during which she incorporates any 1 of her 15 massage techniques with anti-inflammatory lotions. However, Audra’s true gift lies with expectant mothers. Trained as a doula, Audra provides moms-to-be with emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after childbirth. She offers three doula packages, complete with birth-planning meetings, prenatal massages, breast-feeding fundamentals, and labor support. Clients can also visit Audra for à la carte services, including prenatal yoga classes designed to prepare the body for childbirth and postnatal follow-ups.
