Lifestyle Fitness (LSF) provides a Cardio Circuit Boot Camp that targets a total body resistance training workout. We have designed an 8 to 12 station cardio circuit that utilizes Body Weight, Dumb Bells, Weight Bars & Kettle Bells, that will achieve 1 to 3 miles of cardio and burn over 700 calories per workout.
The class is small, a cluster of hard-working students lift their legs as an instructor walks around them to check posture and adjust forms. The instructors at ReVibe Pilates & Bodywork purposefully keep their Pilates classes intimate to ensure they can attend to each student in turn. This enables the teachers to better help their charges as they build core, arm, and leg muscles by performing exercises on the Reformer machines or on the mat.
In addition to mat and reformer classes, the team also leads Barre ReVibe sessions that use ballet-inspired exercises to create long and lithe physiques. Massage therapists, meanwhile, are on hand to help students recover from injury or stress with treatments such as Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, or group hugs.
Crossfit Pandora’s Box welcomes students of all fitness levels to one-hour Crossfit classes held seven days a week. Head trainer Tamara Gray motivates students to demolish their self-perceived barriers during strength and conditioning workouts that vary daily. Drawing from the same principles as police-academy and military special-ops training, the total-body fitness regimen utilizes a rotating cast of equipment that includes kettlebells, tires, and spiked maces to scare calories out of hiding. The co-ed group setting fosters a communal atmosphere, filling the expansive workout studio with echoes of shouts and booming high-fives.
Whether you want to stand taller, bend over backwards, or open a pickle jar taped to your back, Pranava Yoga Center offers a suitable yoga style. Dharma Yoga, the challenging vinyasa series created by Sri Dharma Mittra, drives harmony down through the mesosphere, stratosphere, and troposphere until it calms the core, while Gentle Yoga, based on gently flowing Hatha yoga, nurtures the nervous system by allowing yogis to focus on the internal feeling of each position. Multiple levels of vinyasa and ashtanga vinyasa are available, as is a Yoga Basics session to introduce newbies to the strengthening and flexibilifying practice. More than 35 different classes are on the schedule each week.

Under the tutelage of ranked professional fighter Abel Perry, New Era Fight Center educates and trains would-be ringmasters regardless of schedule or skill level. Students can approach the sweet science from a practical fitness perspective through boxing classes, or learn the finer points of orchestrating a right cross through the inspirational training montages taught during evening classes. One month of membership grants full access to the gym's entire schedule of classes, including a daytime Boxing Bootcamp class targeted toward women. The bustling boxing gym also offers one-on-one training sessions for advanced and competitive fighters, and offers open-gym times throughout the day for hours of uninterrupted shouting matches with the heavy bag.
