Lifestyle Fitness (LSF) provides a Cardio Circuit Boot Camp that targets a total body resistance training workout. We have designed an 8 to 12 station cardio circuit that utilizes Body Weight, Dumb Bells, Weight Bars & Kettle Bells, that will achieve 1 to 3 miles of cardio and burn over 700 calories per workout.
At Apocalypse Karate, Sensei Mark Jester doesn't just focus on Japan's shito ryu karate––a versatile style that encompasses both fast movements and power stances––he also blends in other martial arts. Such arts include judo's throws and joint locks, and jujitsu's grappling and submissions. Through classes for ages three through adult, Jester and his team instill a strong sense of discipline in their students, while also building strength and confidence.
