CrossFit's any-skill-level workouts burn fat, increase flexibility and strength, and build confidence, pushing bodies to the edge of Fitness Mountain. During the course of the four-week session, you should expect to run, walk, workout with partners, complete targeted drills and resistance-training exercises, and more, all with a willingness to work hard. After completing 12 classes of CrossFit boot camp and collecting a small sweat sample in a jar as proof of exertion, students are eligible to register for the more intensive CrossFit Main class.
