Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Each month we run a challenge to keep clients coming in, such as coming to class 25 times in one month to earn a free T-shirt. We change each class, so if you go to a specific class more than once that week, it will be different. Also, we have a variety of classes, so if our clients don't like one style, there are many more from which to choose.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
Free monthly measurements occur every month to show improvements and body change. We also offer help with nutrition guidance.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
We call ourselves a fitness boutique. We offer a variety of classes with fun, energetic, and motivational instructors that keep clients having fun and laughing while sweating and burning calories all in one awesome hour.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Sweat studio comes with a warning label: it becomes an addiction. We have a very welcoming environment and offer a variety of classes suitable for both beginning and advanced students.

TMAFitness offers kids and adults traditional karate, kickboxing, boot-camp, and martial-arts classes in a welcoming setting. At this functional studio, certified instructors teach discipline and self-respect while helping their clients build self-confidence. Try a martial-arts class to learn sparring and self-defense moves that can protect against an attack, or enroll children in Karate Kids, a belt program that burns off excess energy and keeps bullies at bay. You can also punch and kick heavy bags in kickboxing classes, or burn fat and build muscle in a boot-camp session.
Kosama's Complete Body Transformation program embraces the power of variety, perplexing muscles with distinct workouts across each week. The combined conditioning effects of kettlebell swings, kickboxing jabs, and yoga poses, among other exercises, banish calories as they streamline the body "from the core out" during group sessions. Instructors take an all-inclusive approach to health, building physical strength, mental focus, and wholesome eating habits, such as adding a parsley garnish to Cadbury crème omelets. They welcome participants of every age and build.
