At Badger Sports Park players armed with laser systems battle it out in a two-story laser tag arena, defending positions from attackers while seizing new ground elsewhere. Alternately, the Badger Inflatable Arena lets children ages 2–10 bounce safely inside sports-themed, air filled slides and forts. At the mini-bowing area players face off against human opponents, while video games pit them against computer-based challengers. Meanwhile during games of skee-ball, players compete against themselves, which could lead to trash talking in front of a hand mirror. Other attractions include eight batting cages and an 18-hole mini golf course with obstacles themed around Wisconsin sports.
The certified personal trainers at ASCENT Gym help clients achieve their fitness goals by following the gym’s acronym: Acceleration, Strength, Concentrated muscle growth, Explosive movements, Nutrition, and Testing. Small group classes are geared toward each of the six methods to help people lose weight and increase muscle mass and endurance. Once a month, participants undergo testing to track their progress, and a registered dietician creates nutritional challenges that individuals can tackle.
Single-seat Formula K go-karts sidle beside two-seaters on Kristof Entertainment Center's family-friendly driving track. After letting the wind tussle hair, friends and families compete on the 18-hole scenic miniature-golf course replete with challenging holes and flanked by waterfalls, fountains, and castles. In batting cages, baseballs and softballs hurl toward bat-wielders, and players send bowling balls careening toward pins across lanes during regular or cosmic bowling. Sports skills are further tested at seven billiards tables that leave ample opportunity for sinking in eight-balls, and the arcade's classic redemption games such as skee-ball facilitate fun and prizes. After exhausting all one's rounds of play, Kristof's Bar reenergizes visitors with Pepsi products and snacks while broadcasting sports on its many televisions.
