Each of Heal and Soul Yoga & Tai Chi's instructors draws from a different background to create a well-rounded studio, helping patrons to achieve total wellness. Drawing from principles such as meditation, knowledge of anatomy, and holistic healing, the studio's schedule hosts a diverse blend of yoga and tai chi styles for students of all ability levels. Class sizes are small, facilitating the focus on one-on-one attention. Tai chi and qigong classes help to calm and strengthen the body and mind with moving meditation techniques, which some staff have practiced since the '70s and '80s. Yoga classes include beginner-friendly stretch sessions, to gentle and restorative classes, as well as active and advanced strength classes.

At 6,500 square feet, House of Champions Academy of Martial Arts houses the vast array of training equipment and sparring space required by their schedule of classes in eight martial arts. In the gym’s elevated boxing ring, students and trainers work through the jabs and hooks of boxing and muay thai, and the mat-covered floor is home to arjukenpo karate, escrima, and general fitness classes.
10th Planet Jiu Jitsu is a no-gi style of submission grappling developed by Eddie Bravo. It is performed without the use of a traditional Kimono, or martial arts uniform. It focuses on technique and leverage, over strength and athleticism. With proper usage, smaller, weaker people can success.
