The instructors at Fembody Fitness cultivate a fun, judgment-free atmosphere as they help clients forge svelte physiques during alternative fitness classes that use sensual, feminine exercises to develop confidence along with muscle tone. Seven days a week, instructors use engaging and unusual tools including ballet barres and aerial silks to develop students' stamina, incorporating graceful, feminine movements into exercises when possible. Each class culls influences from a number of fitness regimens, incorporating yoga, Pilates, or dance to create memorable workouts that leave students feeling as charged as a firefly's battery after a lightning storm.
With more than 55,000 square feet of climbing surfaces, Hangar 18 offers ample terrain for climbers of all skill levels. From first-timers just learning to belay to seasoned climbers seeking a vertical challenge, athletes of all stripes can find suitable terrain and helpful assistance from experienced staff members. At the various Hangar 18 outposts, climbers can find top ropes and lead routes circling freestanding boulders, challenging crack climbs, and 40-foot roof climbs. And, after traversing 70-foot routes through lead caves and descending towering boulders, climbers can decompress in a yoga class.
Salsa, Bachata, Mambo. The instructors at DanceSport California really shine when they're teaching these and other Latin dances, which are the central focus of their dance classes. Whether you opt to learn Bachata or the Cha-Cha-Cha, teachers will lead you and your peers through progressive classes that build upon techniques learned at the previous session. Atop the studio space's floating floors, students pulse to beats from a premier stereo system while a full climate-controlled room keeps things comfortable. Free parking is also available.
At No Limits Sports and Fitness Academy, Alisha Lopez, facility owner and trainer, works with a hand-picked staff to give clients exactly the kind of training they want. Inside a 15,700-square-foot space, she works with clients one-on-one, while other trainers lead group boot camps, teach yoga, and run sports drills. In addition to being a trainer, Lopez holds a Life Coach certification, which enables her to help clients lead happier lives, which in turn empowers them to stop living vicariously through The Game of Life.
