In a sprawling 25,000 square foot space, participants move to booming Latin tunes along with about 15 to 30 peers. For an intense workout, My Physique's Body Chizel class combines dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, body bars, and other specialized equipment for full-body sculpting, while circuit trainers lift inanimate objects and animate cardiopulmonary systems with cardio routines.
