They’ll keep your muscles guessing with new and challenging moves during each session, so you’ll never fall into a boring, ineffective routine, such as regular teeth-brushing. Begin a day of litigating with a refreshing early morning boot camp session, or wind down by burning evidence and pounds with a late evening class. We are an indoor climbing gym that specializes in teaching new climbers, and helping experienced climbers reach new levels. We have many different types of terrain from slabs to overhangs to roofs, and set routes for all abilities from beginner to expert.
Whether clients intend to step into the ring or not, the teachers at Active Edge Lifestyle & Fitness Center have the tools to get them ready to fight. The gym contains a regulation boxing ring and martial arts mats to simulate competitive contests. Elsewhere students can simply pound away on heavy bags or punching dummies, letting off stress while shedding fat. Apart from martial arts training classes, the instructors also host noncombative fitness classes, such as Zumba.

A few years back, Trudy Marchetti watched a loved one struggle with a serious heart condition and the difficult recovery that followed. The experience changed Trudy's views on fitness, and led her to reexamine her own exercise habits. In 2008, Trudy became a certified Zumba instructor. Today, she owns e'Studio Z Fitness, where she leads groups through Zumba's exotic dance moves set to Latin and international beats. But Trudy makes sure e'Studio Z Fitness isn't limited to just Zumba. Exercisers can also keep their workout routines fresh by using the facility's TRX suspension training or by teaming up with a personal trainer.

Group classes meet for 75 minutes once per week for 6 weeks.
