Ali's Sweet Treats bakes and decorates photo-emblazoned cookies customizable for any occasion. After customers send one high-resolution photo file via email or holographic carrier pigeon, Ali's army of confectionary connoisseurs turn the image into edibles baked with real vanilla and pure butter with no trans fat. Choose to overlay a baby photo, hand-drawn design, or mug shot of Cookie Monster onto 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch round cookies, or 3.5-inch rectangular cookies. Each order is then packaged in a clear cellophane bag and tied with a colorful satin ribbon. Any design can be cropped to the customer's specification, and patrons may choose to add up to three wise words of wisdom to the design for no additional cost.

So naturally, it's the country from which The Cheese Course imports most of its inventory?75 types to be exact. These include brie de meaux, fromager d'affinois truffles, and roquefort, one of France's oldest cheeses and one that is still ripened in the same cool, damp caves of Combalou.
Of course, France isn't the only region represented at The Cheese Course. The European-style cheese shop introduces patrons to more than 150 artisanal cheeses imported from dairy farms all over the world. Most of the cheese makers use the same cheese-making methods that have been passed down through their families for generations via email. The house cheesemonger guides patrons through the cheese-selection process and teaches them how best to serve each one.
The shop also shows off its wares in various bistro sandwiches, including gourmet grilled cheese and the popular prosciutto di parma. This 14-month-aged, imported Italian meat gets its nutty flavor from the parmigiano-reggiano whey in the pig's diet.
Sweetness Bake Shop & Cafe's cupcake list is overwhelming in the best possible way. The treats are made from scratch everyday, the buttercream a slight yellow due to the use of real butter, and the vanilla bean cake rich with Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
