At each Jump!Zone locale nationwide, children aged 2–12 race through themed play areas, bounce on inflatables, and fly down giant slides. Boys and girls can become airborne in SpongeBob SquarePants and Atlantis-themed bouncers or slide near the vigilant figure of Batman, which, as in real life, is 16 feet tall and filled with air. Kids 18 months and older can tackle a multi-level play-zone maze, and the whole family can blast away in the ball-o-city ball-shooting arena. Meanwhile, Jump!Zone's interactive arcade caters to older children and teens who'd rather game than bounce.
Tots with aspirations to be firefighters slide into a bouncy fire truck, and hopeful time travelers acquaint themselves with their future by examining prehistory in the Jurassic Adventure. Pintsize play timers can dispatch their financial stresses in the Toddler Zone. While the kids play, their adult counterparts can enjoy complimentary coffee, relax in the café, use Jump!Zone's free WiFi and computer, and finally have time to recite the periodic table of elements in peace. Check the schedule for open-play hours.

A quarter-century after its 1987 rebirth, the Grapevine Opry brings the honky-tonk atmosphere to North Texas with weekly performances by touring performers. On Saturday nights, Rocky Gribble, the venue’s master of ceremonies, introduces country performers, big bands, bluegrass musicians, and ‘50’s-style rockers, and on the fourth Friday of the month, gospel singers descend upon the art deco theater to praise from the stage. Past performers have included the likes of Willie Nelson, LeAnn Rimes, and Miranda Lambert, but one of the biggest thrills at the Opry is seeing the country stars of tomorrow before they hit it big and start hiring robots to perform for them.
Prior to any facial appointment, Meg Carr consults with her clients to figure out exactly what problems she needs to tackle, including acne, excess oil, and rosacea. Treatment masks and diamond-tip microdermabrasion wands smooth and brighten face-skin. Meg also rids faces of unwanted fuzz with warm wax or fly paper, and can even remove hair on legs and the bikini area.
Nutrition and lifestyle coach Kay Smith discovered the healing potential of regular Pilates practice through her recovery from knee surgery, inspiring her to become a Stott certified Pilates instructor. The Stott Pilates method, modeled on scientific fitness and spinal rehabilitation techniques, uses an expertly designed machine to aid muscles in their quest for strength, flexibility, and an affordable live-in masseuse. Reformer classes last 55-minutes and are kept small, allowing instructors to gently guide students individually. This full body workout is safe enough for pregnant clients and challenging enough for Olympic-level yoga posers. Eight-person mat classes require that students bring their own mat and prepare for 50 minutes of core-strengthening moves designed to sculpt long, lean muscles. Mat classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at noon. Call ahead for the reformer schedule or to reserve a spot in either class.
