Gym members can also enjoy lap swimming and swim lessons. Our facility features showers, steam rooms, and dry saunas, and it's open seven days a week.
Barrebelle Fitness Studio's owner, Monica Reed, loved cheerleading and dance growing up. So as an adult, it wasn't surprising when she fell in love with barre workouts. The isometric, dance-based moves, combining Pilates, yoga, and ballet moves, frequently incorporate a ballet barre for support and are often set to funky music. Monica and her team of certified instructors lead up to 15 students through these physique-toning workouts during classes that build lean muscle, tone abs, thighs, and arms, slim waists, and lift rears with no prior dance or fitness experience required.
