T-Willy's Yogurt doesn't just want its patrons to savor its decadent, health-conscious treats?it encourages them to tap into their artistic side. The self-serve frozen yogurt joint lets guests mix and match 15 ever-rotating flavors of sweet and tart yogurt or sorbet, then adorn them with toppings, such as caramel, coconut, or chocolate-covered pretzels. The inevitable deliciousness of each creation belies its healthy nature; each 4-ounce serving contains as little as 100 calories, and all of the frozen-yogurt varieties comply with the National Yogurt Association's Live and Active Culture Program and feature high counts of live and active cultures.
The staff at Orange Leaf rejects the oft-touted claim that Americans don?t care about nutrition. The problem, they say, has more to do with selection than anything else; most low-calorie sweets don?t hold a candle to a fudge brownie or a warm slice of apple pie. They kept this in mind when crafting their frozen-yogurt recipes, working tireless to develop a healthy?and equally delicious?alternative to the dessert status quo by turning to decadent confections and just-picked fruits for inspiration.
Their experiments thus far have yielded more than 60 frozen yogurt flavors, which take turns pumping through the self-serve machines that line their colorful shop?s wall. Before taking a seat in a bright orange chair, guests fill their dishes with cool, low-fat swirls of chocolate cheesecake, strawberry banana, and a classic tart that bites as pleasantly as a teething kitten. Juicy pears, crunchy granola, and gooey chocolate sauce headline a smorgasbord of at least 30 toppings ready to scooped or poured into cups before their final weigh-in.

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our fudge and caramel apples are always popular and you can watch them being made. We make the fudge Mackinaw Island?style, which means it is cooked in a copper kettle and poured onto a marble slab table, where it is paddled to creamy perfection. Our fudge sampler has six fudge flavors and is perfect for a family gathering or party. The granny smith apples are crisp and delicious and covered in our homemade caramel. We offer chocolate-covered strawberries every Friday and by special order any day.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
As we make most items in house, we can personalize them to meet your needs. We do gift baskets, wedding favors, party trays, and custom-molded chocolates.
In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
We offer three kinds of yummy treats: made-in-store fudge, corns, brittles, caramels, and chocolate-dipped treats. We also carry Kilwins fine case chocolates. To round out our offerings, we have 34 flavors of creamy Kilwins original recipe ice cream.
After whisking flavors such as lavender blossoms, tea leaves, and liqueurs into imported Belgian chocolate, Signature Confections' head chocolatier Cynthia Boles crafts confections such as truffles and assortment boxes of nuggets shaped like hearts and leaves. Along with baking other desserts such as gourmet cakes, crème brulee, and fresh fruit tarts, Cynthia prints pieces of white chocolate with custom designs, from business cards and portraits to the entire text of Ulysses in 0.0001-point font.
Almond poppy seed bread drenched in orange glaze. Carrot cake chock-full of walnuts and cream cheese. Shortbread coated in pecans and peach preserve. These handcrafted goodies share one key element in common, aside from deliciousness: no gluten.
Retaining the taste of classic baked goods with the use of gluten-free ingredients is the primary goal of Sinfully Gluten-Free owner Heather Zook. She's achieved it according to the Dayton City Paper, which lauds her cakes as "just as good, if not even more sticky and fudgy, than you’d find in any non-gluten-free bakery." The paper likewise praises Sinfully Gluten-Free's pizza, which cooks top with ingredients such as a house blend of pizza sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce.
Miss Riley's cookie consultants take the stress out of gift giving as they help customize meaningful baskets that brim with tasty gourmet cookies. Artistic bakers whip up cookie batches in flavors such as toffee almond, mint chocolate chip, and death by chocolate, which arrive on doorsteps nestled into picturesque baskets. The seasoned bakers also unleash their creativity on butter cookies, which they cut and decorate with sweet icing to beautifully illustrate customized themes. Each creation’s ornate icing design helps crowds celebrate holidays and special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and finally catching the neighborhood cookie thief red-handed.
