If you don't want to pay for personal training, but are tired of the large groups with no real access to the trainer, then small-group training is for you. Get up to four of your friends to join you for fitness classes. If you don't have a full group, you can join an existing group and meet some new people.

Women’s workout routines take flight at Femme Fatale Fitness. Students perform controlled maneuvers, dangling from aerial silks or learning aerial hooping and impressive tricks on a static trapeze as instructors teach circus-inspired classes that gently tone muscles and boost flexibility. Alternatively, guests amp up core strength in pole-fitness classes that show ladies how to perform airborne routines with sassy twists and spins around chrome poles. All of Femme Fatale Fitness’s classes, which also include cardio kickboxing, burlesque, and chair dancing, aim to help women feel more confident in their bodies, resulting in higher self-esteem without having to invest in costly magic mirrors.
The year-round Five Seasons Family Sports Club welcomes families for some athletically minded fun. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts are the stomping grounds for lessons, matches, and free play. Multiple classes are available for all ages, including ballet for kids, strength training for teens, and yoga and kickboxing for adults. Members also can relax during a massage or shadow-puppet show, or refuel at the deli and smoothie bar.
At My Pilates Studio, a team of Pilates instructors, many of them certified by Stott, lead classes ranging from ballet barre to prenatal Pilates. In studios with shining hardwood floors and mauve walls, students strengthen their cores, increase their flexibility, and boost their overall wellness with top-of-the-line equipment and supportive peers. The studio strives to create a soothing atmosphere with features such as a burbling fountain, freshly cut flowers, and soft lighting.
