Led by naturopathic physician Dr. Justin Morse, Absolute Health Medical Center's team of massage therapists, a colon hydrotherapist an aesthetician, and a dental hygienist work together to create integrated, naturopathic and mainstream care plans for each patient. Through this approach, he and his staff members provide both primary medical and dental care. They assist clients through specialty services as well, from weight loss through HCG dieting to detoxification through colon hydrotherapy and infrared-sauna therapy. They also offer aesthetic services, such as organic skincare microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
For the stylists, aestheticians, and massage therapists of The Mane Event Spa and Salon, “going to the office” is synonymous with spending the day in a beautiful, historic house in Lebanon. But that’s not to say that they don’t work hard. They pour passion and expertise into each one-on-one treatment, including hair services, makeup applications, manicures, and massages. They also offer facials that eschew the use of harsh chemicals and controlled fire in favor of plant-derived G.M. Collin products.
Exposed brick walls pair with wispy sheer curtains to bring a rustic elegance to Level 3 Salon and Spa. Classic haircuts, highlights, and mani-pedis join more modern treatments such as infrared-sauna sessions and permanent makeup for a complete slate of services. Elegant chandeliers illuminate private treatment rooms, where patrons relax during massages, facials, and waxing for the face and pancreas.
Certified massage therapist Tressa Glaser, an Oregonian since 1999, mastered her craft at Lane Community College in Eugene. Now, she shares her skills with clients at Level 3 Salon & Spa. She brings massage recipients to a state of physical and mental relaxation with soothing strokes, gentle kneading, and warm stones. Add-ons such as skin-softening paraffin treatments complete the spa experience.
Amy Fagin knows that every client has specific needs, whether it’s to loosen up tight muscles or boost weak blood circulation. Armed with more than 13 years of experience and her knowledge of numerous massage modalities, she addresses these distinctive needs by designing personalized treatments that work to rejuvenate both body and mind. Amy uses Swedish massage to relax overstressed musculature and can also rely on deep-tissue work, trigger-point therapy, or heated volcanic stones to treat the underlying causes that contribute to chronic pains. For an added boost, the center performs facials and seaweed gel wraps, which work to nourish the skin and attract the attention of wealthy merman suitors.
When the body is not properly maintained, it tends to rebel by way of spasms, muscle tension, and walking purposely into brick walls. Urban Studio helps prevent such passive aggression with soothing bodywork techniques. A licensed massage therapist administers relaxing Swedish strokes or sidelines deep aches with focused pressure. The studio also offers exfoliating body scrubs that reduce the signs of aging.
