At Pilates Emporium, the classes cater to a diverse clientele—therapeutic yoga sessions, for example, help students combat chronic soreness and aches, and Osteo-Pilates sessions hinge on bone-strengthening work. STOTT-certified instructors helm the sessions, which also can focus on traditional mat or reformer work; they keep classes small to allow for a level of customization. To complement the group workouts, the facility hosts personal training and an infrared sauna, whose warmth helps detox physiques.

Inside Club Jump's 5,600-square-foot facility, children up to 10 years old enhance their agility during gymnastics classes that emphasize a lighthearted, noncompetitive approach to fitness. During drop-in play, children ages 1–5 burn excess energy otherwise wasted on bench-pressing invisible friends, bolstering their balance on gymnastics equipment and floor mats, and shirking gravity on mini trampolines. Drop-in play furnishes tykes with parental bonding time, and a Club Jump coach is on hand to assist parents and ensure tykes' safety.
