At Pilates Emporium, the classes cater to a diverse clientele?therapeutic yoga sessions, for example, help students combat chronic soreness and aches, and Osteo-Pilates sessions hinge on bone-strengthening work. STOTT-certified instructors helm the sessions, which also can focus on traditional mat or reformer work; they keep classes small to allow for a level of customization. To complement the group workouts, the facility hosts personal training and an infrared sauna, whose warmth helps detox physiques.

At Parkway Lanes, bowlers hurl balls down 40 lanes, reducing triangular formations to a pile of plastic rubble and tallying up victories with automatic scoring systems rather than sacks of beans. The lanes flare to life on Rock 'N Bowl nights, and a game room with pool tables buzzes with competition every night of the week. After games and between frames, athletes can replenish energy reserves with food and drinks doled out on site.

Defensive Arts Training Centre offers four class types: kickboxing, mixed martial arts, Brazilian jujitsu, and kids' martial arts. In mixed-martial-arts classes, masters teach a combination of moves from various disciplines, such as karate, judo, and muay thai. Meanwhile, youth aged 4–18 progress between belts by grappling and self-defense in kids classes. Brazilian jujitsu instructors impart a foundation for practical defense that involves submission holds and shadow-puppet decoys, while kickboxing participants build strength as they work up a full-body sweat.
