Whether working from the comfort of their Stafford salon or toting their high-tech equipment to off-site locations, the tanning experts at Sakura Sunless Tanning swathe clients in not only a beach-worthy glow, but also a relaxing spa experience. Outside the studio, the team transforms homes, hotels, and offices into luxurious spa environs complete with soothing music and aromatherapy candles before busting out a portable spray-tan booth and an arsenal of organic and antioxidant-packed tanning solutions. Once set up, the technicians hand spritz skin with a luminous and natural-looking glow customized to the client's desired shade, which appears almost immediately after application. Aside from creating flawless tans, Sakura also hosts spa parties for couples and groups that include treats such as detoxifying body wraps, skin-softening scrubs, and games of Bronze Rover.

Whether pushing the envelope in the competitive run, enjoying a leisurely run for fun, casually walking with the pack, or impressing onlookers with a practiced moonwalk, caring bipeds can sweat comfortably knowing that every limb movement goes toward a good cause. Compare times, goody bags, and calf flexes at the post-race party, where philanthropic sprinters can dive into a vat of complimentary snacks and beverages. One overall female and male champion will take home the Shirley Whitley Memorial grand prize, which awards each with an expense-paid January trip to the Carlsbad Marathon in San Diego.
Color Tyme Photography’s owner John Billingsley calls himself a photojournalist, a term he borrowed from his bachelor of science degree in the subject. He aims to document life as it occurs, wherever it occurs, whether he’s snapping article-worthy shots for a newspaper, taking in the sights and sounds of nature, or memorializing someone’s wedding day. Billingsley cites his primary inspiration as Ansel Adams, a film photographer who obsessed over the interplay of light and shadow. “He was about [the] realism of the photo,” Billingsley says, “I am about the realism of the moment and catching the natural light.”
A&A Video Productions, Inc. tells stories. At special events, its staff take on the roles of filmmakers, capturing things in true cinematic fashion. They find the most visually striking angles and shots for each moment. For the complete story, they also help clients reenact key moments, such as the first time a couple met. The experts then edit everything together into a final product that would be right at home on a movie screen, complete with graphics and musical scores.
