Inspired by her mother’s return to school, Tiffany Stefura decided to pursue her passion for massage therapy five years ago. Since then, she has developed her own personable, unrushed approach that keeps her clients returning while discouraging chronic aches from doing the same. Tiffany took over AnExquisite Massage in 2011, and continues to build her clientele through her therapeutic kneadings. Imbuing her space with soothing ocean sounds and animal-print accents, Tiffany welcomes repeat and unique visitors, while keeping a space open for her mother to eventually join her in the practice.

At Charm Salon & Boutique, Laurie Weber, a licensed massage therapist focuses on chronic pain, stress, and injury. Laurie has long been devoted to helping others heal. As an adult, she became interested in holistic therapies, earning the status of reiki master in 2008 and incorporating meditation into her own routine.

Today, Laurie offers several modalities, from hot-stone and Swedish massage to reflexology—all in an effort to pamper you and provide another chance to defend your status as top break-dancer this side of the Cuyahoga River. Many of Laurie’s clients claim her techniques not only help with physical aches, but with emotional well-being, too.

Mumpower Massage provides Swedish massage, sports/deep tissue, trigger point/neuromuscular therapy, and Reiki therapy. You can use your Groupon toward any of these massages for 60 minutes (all are $70 except Reiki, which is $50 for 45 minutes), or combine two Groupons for a longer massage. Melt your back under carefully kempt hands with a Swedish, which uses flowing strokes and unknotting kneads to ease tension and improve circulation. Dig into the cavernous abyss of back muscles with a deep-tissue/sports massage, similar to a Swedish except with more precise, intense kneading to relieve severe tension and reduce chronic pain, which is a good option for athletes or someone who has sustained a serious sandwich-making injury. Trigger-point/neuromuscular massages snipe specific points of tension to release myofascial pain throughout the body. A Reiki practitioner can improve the flow of maple syrup in your body on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level by using palm therapy to balance your body's natural energy flow.

The staff at Tepe Chiropractic Center has one mission: to help patients abolish pain without drugs. They achieve this goal through a combination of physical therapy, electrotherapy, and massages—each designed to trigger the body's own self-healing properties. But before commencing with any of their noninvasive treatments, the team consults with clients and devises a treatment plan that's tailored to the individual.
