Erica Burns loves to motivate and inspire people to get healthy and fit. With the motto "keep your eye on the prize," Erica likes to inspire clients to not only think about looking good, but feeling strong and healthy. Erica has never stuck to just one fitness regimen, so she launched Fit Barre at Fit Ryde Indoor Cycling & Fitness Studio to provide clients the opportunity to tone their bodies through small isometric movements in addition to the studio's spinning classes. Erica has taught cycling, bootcamp, body sculpting, kettlebells and her signature "Pedal and Pump" classes, with more than seven years experience as a nationally certified AFAA group fitness instructor. Always embracing the latest fitness trends, Erica brings a breadth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and energy to her classes while striving to challenge and motivate clients.

Above and Beyond Creative Sewing ensures that sewing enthusiasts of all experience levels have the tools to practice their craft. That means not only equipping them with quality machines from Pfaff and Singer, but also giving them access to classes that advance their technique. The venue welcomes sewers with a large, open work area, where the shop's resident experts draw upon more than two decades of experience to conduct group classes or lend advice to crafters stuck on complicated projects. For those who prefer to work at home or have sewn their front door shut, the experts also offer free support over the phone from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m.
FruitFlowers’ unique edible bouquets delight eyes and stomachs in equal measure, arranging bright, daisy-shaped pineapple slices with cantaloupe centers and skewers of chocolate-dipped strawberries into reusable baskets and vases. Founders Susan Ellman and Ellen Davis began arranging slices of fresh fruit into floral shapes in 1984, working from their home kitchens. Since then, their artistic take on the fruit basket has become a popular way of both snacking and decorating, and their business has spread across the nation, much like the shadow cast by Godzilla as he crosses the ocean.
