Walk into any of BreWingZ Sports Bar and Grill's 19 locations, and you'll be faced with many decisions. First, of course, is the food: the sports bar's crisp, juicy wings come in more than 25 different sauce flavors from classic suicidal hot to orange ginger. The mozzarella cheese sticks are carved from a cheese brick, breaded, and fried to order. And then there are the salads, sandwiches, burgers, and wraps. The family-friendly restaurant even gives kids an extensive selection with six child-friendly dishes, some of which include the same signature items their parents enjoy. But once you've ordered your food, there are a few more dilemmas: Which of the plentiful beers do you choose? Which game on the many massive HD televisions do you watch? Which one is the fork, again? Luckily, the spot's easygoing atmosphere and bounty of entertainment doesn't quite necessitate speedy decision making.

When childhood friends Dena Tripp and Debra Shwetz decided to open a bakery, they took the time to get it right. After six months of recipe testing, the two revealed a bundt-cake recipe with the richness of real butter and a taste lauded by Food and Wine, celebrity diners, and marksmen tired of destroying perfectly good crêpes at target practice. At each of the store’s locations across 12 states, bakers whip up fresh bundt cakes every day in variations ranging from bite-sized to 10-inch rounds. Cakes can be artfully customized for occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate events.

The Russo family moved from Italy to New York in 1964, and from New York to Texas in 1978, carrying with them time-honored culinary techniques imported straight from the old country. Anthony Russo has worked side by side with family members and Italian chefs since the age of 12, learning to prepares salads, pastas, and pizzas from only the freshest of ingredients. Anthony's love for his family's cooking grew into a lucrative business, with Russo's Coal Fired Italian Kitchen restaurants and Russo's New York Pizzerias popping up all over the American South.

Like a cookie decorated with Lady Liberty's Social Security Number, Russo's pizza is an edible souvenir of the Big Apple, introducing palates to the thin, crispy brick-oven pies that helped make New York cuisine world famous. In between bites of basil-, anchovy-, and meatball-crowned pizzas, diners feast on baked ziti, lobster ravioli, and tortellini carbonara, as well as oven-cooked flatbread sandwiches and toasted calzones.

The owner and head baker of CRUMBdiddlyumptious took a circuitous route to achieve her pastry-baking dreams. After completing law school, she knew the scent of legal briefs was not enough to soothe her appetite for creation. Instead, she studied to become a pastry chef, pursuing her true dream because she simply “always loved to bake.” However, after working at several bakeries, she discovered that many merchants “throw out left-overs and re-use day-old products.” Envisioning herself in a different kind of bakery, she opened CRUMBdiddlyumptious, where she now makes only custom orders to reduce waste and delivers only fresh products to keep mouths smiling.

In her kitchen, she bakes the custom cakes, cookies, and brownies that she delivers to customers and sells at the Farmers Market at Imperial. With these custom orders, her patrons can indulge in breakfast muffins dotted with fruit, strawberry cupcakes spangled with sprinkles, and crumbly cookies coated in caramel. They can also order a chocolate cake, shaped and decorated to look like everything from a golf course to a guitar.
