Terrible Herbst's staff cares for cars and the environment by swiping vehicular surfaces with eco-friendly Blue Coral products. During the ultimate full-service wash, vehicles are scoured inside and out over 20–25 minutes. Valets escort vehicles to the drive-thru tunnel, in which cars luxuriate in a bath of foam. A car caretaker then towel-dries its exterior and takes to the inside, wiping windows, dashboards, and consoles, and vacuuming dirt and Australopithecus-era crumbs from carpets. Wheels emerge from the treatment purged of dirt, and tires debut enameled in a protective dressing. The VIP express car wash with RainX cleanses cars in less than five minutes with a human-operated pre-scrub, then sends them through the underpass to bask in bubbles and a spot-free rinse.
The Summerlin outpost of BJ’s Restaurant is one of three locations throughout Las Vegas. Located directly across from the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, the casual eatery always seems to attract a crowd. Well known for brewing their own beer and an eclectic menu that ranges from deep dish pizzas and hamburgers to gluten-free meals, BJ’s loves catering to their guests. New flat-screen TVs throughout the restaurant and a relaxed, if slightly boisterous vibe, make the Summerlin location a welcome destination for all. Around the holidays, guests are treated to a slew of new menu options, from steak and lobster entrées to seared mahi mahi, with souvenir glasses to take home at the end of the night.
My Healthy Meal strives to create nourishing, all-natural meals that don't skimp on flavor. Chefs focus on creating low-fat, low-carb meals such as furikake-crusted salmon, tandoori chicken breast, and turkey tacos. Meals are prepared fresh every day and packaged for guests to pick up at their convenience, then either eat right away or store in their freezer-box cheeks. Before ordering meals, guests can confer with an on-staff nutritionist who helps them establish goals and create menus that cater to their needs.
Las Vegas’ unending summer heat makes it a perfect place for frozen yogurt to succeed. And succeed it has, with simple yogurt shops proliferating across the Valley. I Love Yogurt, on Charleston Boulevard, is just such a place, operated as a small storefront tucked among a grocery store, dental offices, several restaurants and two banks. This popular and unique dessert spot has found quite a bit of success already, having been featured on MTV, the Food Network, and Holly Madison’s Holly’s World. Decked out in 1980s decor, with vibrant colors and flashback nostalgia pieces, I Love Yogurt draws customers in just from their neon sign. Once inside, a variety of flavors can be chosen, including apple pie, root beer float, pistachio and cake batter. Also sold inside the store are a bevy of candies, such as Chick-O-Stick, candy necklaces, bottle caps and candy cigarettes.
