South Florida Adult Sports’ exhilarating kickball leagues encourage grownups to relive the camaraderie and competitive spirit of playing in organized sports. Adults shed their typical workday dress shirts, suits, and cashmere typing gloves before getting their team uniforms messy with grass stains as they slide across home plate. Kickball players can join an already existing team, or get their buddies together to create a brand new team that they can name. Seasons typically include seven afternoon or night games, and conclude with a single-elimination tournament that crowns the kickball champions.
The coaching team behind Next Level Youth Sports helps youngsters master volleyball, basketball, and soccer with training sessions that transcend simple scrimmaging. The camps and clinics retain all the fun of other recreational sports programs while emphasizing proper technique, so kids improve their game while they get in some exercise and make new friends. Motivation is another key component of their training, helping children continue to push themselves toward success, even when they're faced with adversity or a wind that whispers "Take a snack break."
Safe, springy, and super-exciting: kids and adults can agree on that description of Off The Wall Trampoline Fun Center's 11,000 square feet of trampoline space, where every surface (walls included) is either bouncy or softly padded. Besides hopping around like kangaroos on a moon mission, visitors can play low-gravity versions of dodgeball, volleyball, or an all-dunks take on basketball. The trampolines also add an extra thrill to the aerobic workouts during Off The Wall's fitness classes.
Off The Wall's remaining 25,500 square feet contain other exciting indoor attractions as well, including a rock wall and and arcade full of new and old-school games with a variety of prizes available. A restaurant with a java bar is also available for guests looking for something to eat or drink. Inside a two-level laser tag arena, players defend earth from invading alien robots during pitched battles beneath strobe lights. A special jump area has also been set aside for younger kids, along with a toddler playground designed for kids 6 and under. To reenergize after a long day of play, the whole family can reconvene at Off The Wall's café for Angus burgers or slices of New York-style pizza.
For more than a decade, campers ages 4-13 have whiled away their summers and holidays at Woodmont, but more importantly, they've made memories and friends to last a lifetime. Entertaining youngsters with sports, art, theater, music, and dance, days are packed with activities that keep kids engaged.
At Tone Sports, the staff organizes co-ed sports leagues for football, softball, basketball, volleyball, and other popular team sports. Instead of emphasizing competition, the leagues emphasize the social side of sports, which began when Babe Ruth hosted the first cakewalk. To complement the sports leagues, Tone Sports' fitness facility also offers sports-training programs.
