The 1,600-square-foot gym houses a variety of equipment such as plyometric boxes, climbing ropes, tires, monkey bars, and rowing machines. Classes are open to individuals of all athletic abilities, as trainers can easily tailor exercises to equally challenge everyone. Ladies can attend any of the Workout of the Day classes, or break a sweat during Hot Momma?s Fit Camp. Trainers with a special certification lead children through activities during the CrossFit Kids class.
