"The essence of yoga and meditation is about a very simple thing—your happiness." So says Swamiji, the founder of Yoga In Daily Life. Originally from rural Rajasthan, India, he has shared the teachings of yoga since 1972, when he moved from India to Europe. Perhaps his degree in physics from Georgia Tech or his longtime stint as a partner in an engineering firm prepped Jeff Sousa to understand the improbable poses that yoga demands.
