Q&A with Jon Yarbrough, Director
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We try to provide a personal training environment that you do not have to pay extra for.
We want our clients to have all their questions answered, and [we want to] be a resource for them.
Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain?? Why or why not?
We follow the standards set by the American College of Sports Medicine, and the American Heart Association that moderate levels of exercise are extremely beneficial.
If you are constantly hurting, you will not continue, so we want our clients to find a healthy balance of working hard enough to get benefits, but not overtraining.

With no fee for students? costumes, or their participation in the season?s performances, the organization helps children from all backgrounds chase their ballerina dreams. And with Pilates and yoga classes for adults, it keeps endorphins flowing in learners of all ages.
Workouts with Jillian Michaels at Curves help women build strength and lose weight during 30-minute circuit sessions tailored to every fitness level. Participants share the experiences of those nearby, trading stations throughout the training session. Thirty seconds are spent on a piece of strength-training equipment built for feminine frames and designed to work two opposing muscle groups with a single movement. Exercisers then move on to a recovery station, where they run, jog, or dance to maintain heart rate.
