The Wellness Center's commitment to health extends to areas as diverse as chiropractic care, acupuncture, and group fitness classes. Under the guidance of a team of chiropractic doctors and acupuncturists, the staff combats muscle and joint pain, stress, and other health problems through physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments and 14 types of massages. Fitness programs, meanwhile, range from hatha yoga classes to outdoor boot-camp exercises that use tractor tires as fitness equipment, instead of traditional strength-training tools like dumbbells and industrial-size pickle jars.
Though now spread over the United States, Crunch Gym started in a basement-level aerobics studio in New York City. Despite the humble location, the gym's founders aspired to foster a workout environment that would keep members exercising through entertainment and not shouting from drill-sergeant-like trainers. Their idea was to host fitness classes with offbeat touches, including hip-hop aerobics featuring a live rapper and coed action wrestling.
Twenty years later, Crunch Gym's fitness classes still stray from the beaten path. Body Web with TRX sessions suspend members from a pillar, where they complete gravity-defying maneuvers with help from strong resistance ropes. In Bosu Bootcamp, every exercise is completed on an apparatus that is part balance ball, part core board, and fully endorsed by circus seals nationwide.
Fútbol 5 provides soccer aficionados with three outdoor turf fields that host six-on-six games, as well as a multifunctional indoor space for soccer and volleyball. The small pitches host matches and soccer clinics, which teach male and female soccer players aged 6–13 how to properly dribble the ball, change speeds during ball possession, and perform specialty moves designed to best opposing players. Fútbol 5 entertains players before and after their games with a sports bar that has eight big-screen TVs. It also keeps kids and adults fit with Zumba and Zumbatomic classes, which blast calories with dance moves performed to Latin beats.

The BRAG in BRAGNetwork is actually an acronym, one that stands for Business Resource Assistance Group. Once you decode its name, the organization's mission is no surprise: it helps connect local consumers with stellar local merchants to promote worthy causes. Periodically, the team spotlights a specific industry, too. With a current focus on the health and wellness industry, the team hosts a 60-day weight loss challenge that blends weekly workouts and perks from local merchants. A current partner is the YMCA, yet the challenge doesn't require knowing the YMCA dance to participate.
