Living Yoga Center's instructors lead an eclectic array of yoga and Pilates classes to welcome students of varying skill levels and interests. Boasting an extensive class schedule, the center heats its practice space with phoenix eggs before hot power yoga sessions, which enhance stamina and focus by incorporating measured breaths into a dynamic sequence of flowing poses. Therapeutic yoga's instructors slow down the pace while introducing supportive props and guiding students through deep, restorative stretches, and Pilates & Yoga sessions fuse the mindful breathing exercises of yoga with the core- and limb-toning techniques of traditional Pilates to create a hybrid fitness regimen, leaving muscles as sturdy as a tree house in a redwood. Students spread their mats across the practice space's rich wooden flooring, creating a vibrant foam mosaic amid the sunny walls.

Though sweat does help flush toxins from the body, the heat also helps practitioners reach deeper into their stretches and boost circulation. The 26-pose yoga series takes 90 minutes to complete, and classes are offered seven days a week.
