Floating Lotus Yoga Studio & Natural Healing Center rests atop 1,500 square feet of maple flooring. On this foundation, its instructors help students loosen limbs and center their thoughts with classes that include yin, flow, prenatal, mixed-level, and other routines. Kids’ yoga welcomes students aged 4–10, combining yogic practice with games and breathing exercises to improve motor skills, self-esteem, and recess grades.

But yoga and complimentary mats aren't all Floating Lotus has to offer. The studio's roof also shelters acupuncture and chiropractic chambers, and that maple-wood floor transforms into a Zumba dance floor in the evenings.
