Along with his dedication to old-timey baking practices, Jorge, terrified of becoming known as the “boring neighborhood baker”, challenges himself to switch up his roster of baked goods daily to exercise his culinary creativity while supplying his regular crew of sweet-toothed patrons with sugary surprises each morning.

To make it through the 15- to 20-minute journey alive, guests must steady their nerves against loud noises, uneven footing, and tight spaces, as well as actors who may try to touch them or pass them a copy of their newest headshot.
