When Kristen Horler had her first child, she, like many new mothers, found that the time demands of parenting made it difficult to exercise. What inspired you to start or run this business?
After spending a few years in corporate America and feeling like just a number, I always wanted to have my own business and make a difference in people's lives. I've always been passionate about fitness, food, and nutrition and I want to pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm to others.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I think the best reaction I've heard was "You've changed my life." I also love hearing "I've dropped 2 dress sizes" or "I can now fit into my goal jeans" after only a few weeks.

What’s your favorite part about your job?
I love helping [clients] achieve challenging life goals and inspiring people to both feel their best and be their best in life.
