Eager to share the fitness expertise he cultivated on that journey with others, Francisco began holding CrossFit sessions with a few friends within a small garage. Amid handmade dumbbells, custom pull-up bars, and boxes, the group would practice CrossFit workouts each day. As interest in the sessions grew, Francisco began leading three or four workouts each day, and CrossFit FERZa was born.
