Medical director Dr. Lukasz Iwanczyk personally oversees his staff as they work to decrinkle visages with Dysport at Chez Galatea. The Dysport formula works to block nerve impulses and temporarily relax facial muscles so that skin appears smoother around frown lines, forehead creases, and other wrinkle-ridden areas. During an initial consultation, a staff member meets with clients to determine which areas to treat and which to simply shout at until they smooth themselves. Then, a swift injection of the solution creates results that last an average of three to six months. Since Dysport is a nonsurgical procedure with no downtime, clients may return to choreographing the mating dance of doves the same day.
Tom Bloom's distinguished martial-arts career began more than 30 years ago when he was a student at Chuck Norris Karate School. Similar to the school's namesake, Bloom would spend the next three decades fostering the sport of martial arts. He co-captained the USA Karate team from 1984–88; received black belts in tae kwon do, hapkido, shippalgi, and kung fu; and helped train more than 300 students and 1 ostrich to black-belt-level status. Today, Bloom and his staff continue carrying the torch by leading martial-arts and fitness classes for students of all ages.
Arthur Murray Dance Studio's panel of certified instructors is ready and waiting to instruct students in the ways of balance and coordinated rhythmic motion. Bring a partner to your lessons, or fly solo and dance with your instructor during your two private lessons and mingle with fellow dancers during the group class. In either case, you'll leave with a greater understanding of the dance style of your choosing. These lessons are ideal for a betrothed pair prepping for the big wedding dance or a fledgling fitness seeker looking for a fun new way to get shipshape. Stick to a stately waltz, spicy up life with a rumba, or feel vibrant and playful with a few swing steps in your personal repertoire. After amassing a bevy of dance-related chops, show them off before friends and foes at the dance party, where a series of fierce foot battles determine who will become the next lord of the dance.

In addition, racquetball courts let athletes improve their game independently, and patrons can sweat solo on cardiovascular equipment with individual viewing screens. Group classes, more than 1,200 of which are held daily, include Zumba, Pilates, Body Combat, and CXWorx sessions and enable trainees to draw motivation from each other or from each exercise studio's complimentary tank of moxie. The Spectrum Kids Club gives kids a place to play while adults work out and hosts such events as pool parties and pizza parties throughout the year.
