Creative Photography by Maya's staff of professional shutterbugs will happily accommodate families, children, families of children, pets, and triumphantly posed statues during the in-studio photo session. The fully equipped studio provides several backgrounds from which to choose. The classic white can be used for a quick passport photo before the entire fam poses for a heartwarming family scene around the Christmas tree in the Christmas Morning backdrop. Likewise, graduates, high-school seniors, newlyweds, and soonlyweds can beam sunnily before a Garden View, Perfect Sky, or slightly less popular Ragnarök backdrop. There are even huge plastic crayons and other foreground props for your giant pet scorpion to wave around as the cameras flash. After your session, you'll receive a DVD containing full-resolution versions of all photos and a photo-release form enabling you to print, publish, and share them.
Photojournalist and famed graffiti artist Flint Gennari of Fine Art Fotos creates candid images with the help of his intimate knowledge of Staten Island locales. During a consultation, clients discuss what they want to take from the shoot, which might be a family portrait for Christmas cards or blurry evidence to prove a great-uncle’s existence. Between the clean lines of a studio or immersed in a compelling environ, models light up as the flashbulb blazes and the shutter clicks. After the shoot, clients can peruse 60 digital images online and select one to immortalize in print form and tape to their heads to achieve eternal youth.

In its 2,000-square-foot studio, DollFace's professional snapping duo, Darah and Siobhan, strives to unleash the buried bombshell in clients through expressive, elegant boudoir photography. Aspiring sirens begin their 30-minute mini sessions and subdue belly-dwelling butterflies by filling the studio with their favorite tunes and a few swift sips of bubbly. Hair and makeup application is available for an additional charge; once ready, kittens slip into the more conservative of their two outfits to help ease into the flashbulb's glow in front of the camera's honest lens. Once power suits have been stripped down, women are welcome to improve the appearance of a variety of set pieces with their presences, either taking direction from the photographer or vogueing to the beat of nature's drum—the heart.
Niki Broyn discovered her passion for photography when she started snapping shots of her four kids in 1996. As her children grew, so did her skills as a photographer, prompting her to found Nikibi Studio, where she currently captures the smiles of other families. She likes to incorporate her subjects’ passions in each photo session, taking pictures of musicians performing or cat burglars posing in front of a cracked safe. Niki also travels on location for special events, such as baptisms, and specializes in portraits for home, business, and commercial use—her shots never looking out of place above a mantle or in the pages of a magazine.
The three-story Tommi Studio grants patrons access to beauty treatments, a photography studio, and wedding services all under one roof. Inside the pulchritude paradise—dubbed a "beauty heaven" by Allure magazine—trained stylists dress tresses, and massage therapists melt tension from muscles with Swedish, pressure-point, or deep-tissue kneadings. Aestheticians blend treatments for custom facials and build baking-soda volcanoes at the spa lab as guests unwind with a cup of hot tea in the environmental holding area. The aesthetic experts can also coat keratin in pretty polish at one of six pedicure stations featuring aromatherapy footbaths or take advantage of the third-floor sanctuary's vaulted ceilings to amplify impromptu rap battles.
