No two days are the same at Pure Form PFT. One day it's dumbbells and sandbags, the next it's resistance bands and slam balls. But this much is always true—the trainers are going to get muscles working to capacity. Each session focuses on core, strength, and interval training regimes that cater to each student's fitness level and ultimate goals. Sessions involve short bursts of explosive activity, which keeps metabolism and conversational wit working in overdrive for several hours after each workout.
When Julius Jones isn't in the gym, he's talking about it, as he helps guests make long-term health and fitness adjustments. He leads guests through intense classes in his sprawling black-and-red gym, teaching students of all fitness levels kickboxing, aerobics, and boot-camp exercises. Julius also works one on one with guests to help them create the foundations for healthy habits during personal-training sessions.
Fifth-degree black belt Hank Valadao has taught numerous students throughout his more than 25-year martial-arts career. At Fit Force, that number continues to grow with each martial-arts, kickboxing, or boot-camp class scheduled. The driving force of Valadao's passion is his energetic, upbeat demeanor, which rubs off on his staff, students, classes, and sweat towel.
