Certified trainers Roger Downing and Sarah Reeves lead these pupils––no matter their current fitness level––through boot-camp-style classes that use exercises targeting specific muscle groups, which change daily. For example, a workout that focuses on the back includes the use of rings and battle ropes interspersed with high-intensity aerobics.
