A Tucson mainstay since 1978, Sausage Deli satiates hoagie hankerers with a menu of signature subs and a plethora of sandwich-enhancing condiments. Discover the grinder's Platonic ideal form in the shop's heralded hot Omar sandwich ($5.50), which comes packed with salami, turkey, and Swiss cheese and flavored with Italian dressing. Herbivores and herbivoyeurs, however, will want to snack on the Vegetarian Delight ($5.50), in which havarti and cheddar cheeses mingle playfully with cucumber, oregano, and sprouts. Those who demand their sandwich just like their wolf-mother used to make it can forge their own sub ($5+), with meats such as liverwurst and mesquite-smoked ham, breads such as sourdough and marble rye, and condiments such as carrots and pepperoncini available. Side dishes of artichoke salad ($1.25+) and egg salad ($2.50+) can pad out any stomach torpedo, whereas brownies ($2.75) and carrot cake ($2.75) lurk in the shadows as meal closers. Wash it all down by grabbing a pack of beer to go or sipping a Sausage Deli's homemade lemonade ($1.79 for 24 ounces).

At Blush Permanent Makeup, Michele Konitzer pursues a personal passion for highlighting each client’s natural beauty. Her steady hands amplify facial features with the gentle SofTap method, a skill she also shows off while working as a trainer for the company. After she dots the epidermis with the ultradurable pigment, bolder lashes can better fan the flames of desire, and shaded brows can alternate between arching elegantly and compulsively communicating the "M" in Morse code. Michele also flexes her varied cosmetic expertise as she performs teeth-whitening treatments and hangs full, flirty faux lashes over both eyelids in 40 minutes.
