Fueled Fitness rejects workout monotony for dynamic, boot-camp-inspired training held seven days a week. Each class whittles frames with a routine of resistance-training techniques, including pushups, lunges, and squats for dodging ice-cream men as they fly predatorily overhead. Boot-camp instructors also enlighten students with a healthful nutrition plan that promotes internal fitness in tandem with physical exertion. Choose to enlist with a roster of 5–10 comrades, and Fueled Fitness will bring boot camp to your choice of location based on its trainers' previous scheduling and nocturnal or diurnal sleep cycles. Regardless of location, many regular clients note a slew of postcamp benefits, including flatter bellies, slimmed physiques, and toned muscles.
Pure’s exercise regimens take a modern approach to fitness by mixing a variety of nontraditional workouts. The month-long boot camp employs calisthenics, weight training, sports drills, short distance running, Pilates, and boulder punching to mold muscles, carve out cankles and elucidate abstract abs. Pure's friendly, supportive instructors welcome work-outers of all shapes, sportsbilities, and shoe sizes; they strive to make exercises meet the needs of each attendee, and classes are limited to 20 people to allow the utmost individual attention.
Free from the competitive environment of a testosterone-stuffed gym or mixed-martial hopscotch tournament, women's boot camp encourages the estrogen-enhanced of all ages, skill levels, and abilities to motivate each other in a comfortable group setting. Adventure's certified trainers in Tulsa and Owasso constantly challenge participants to achieve higher levels of fitness. Each class takes you through a variable variety of body-blasting, calorie-pulverizing exercises that might include core conditioning, short-distance running, jumping rope, obstacle courses, and a few last-minute surprise twists, such as discovering that boot camp was all a dream. You'll also get an orientation, initial fitness screening, nutrition and meal plan, and fitness reports.
Allied’s Ultimate Performance Complex helps athletes of all ages Hulk-punch through ability-ceilings with an assortment of sports-conditioning sessions. Adult classes take inspiration from boxing and mixed martial arts, blending stretches, strength, and agility into a muscle-enhancing secret sauce. Aspiring martial artists of all ability levels can defend themselves against bullying jab-bags or ramp up heart rates with cardio exercise. Youth classes, for ages 18 and under, encompass a warm up, cool down, and core conditioning through interval training. Adults can also opt for 10 sports performance classes, which condition the body for any court or field sport. The sessions boost power, balance, and mental focus, helping quick-moving athletes ignore taunts from immobile, resentful basketball hoops.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We start off by letting our clients know that we believe in them and that we care about helping them reach their individual goals. With this established from the outset, our students tend to trust us and give their all during workouts. We also tell them that if the workout doesn't challenge them, it definitely won't change them.
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
We've seen several over the past 20 years, but one that really sticks out is our client who lost 26 pounds in four weeks, along with 10 percent body fat. My transformation is epic, as well. As an amateur bodybuilder, the judges laughed at me during one of my first competitions. I used that as a catalyst to push me on my path to become a professional bodybuilder. Four years later, I stepped on stage with 3.5 percent body fat and won two professional natural bodybuilding cards. I tell our clients that if they believe in themselves, pray, and relentlessly persevere, they'll reach their fitness goals?no matter how out of shape they are.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
We tell our clients to forget traditional thinking, to understand that we are all unique, and to never give up. We also hope to help others be their physical best so that the benefits of a healthy body can trickle out into other areas of their lives.
