Salon Milano & Spa specializes in all things Aveda, from their Aveda manicures, to Aveda-infused hair treatments, and relaxing Aveda tea that clients can sip before their spa or salon session. Salon services range from men's and women's haircuts to popular ombre color treatments, straightening therapies, and hair and scalp treatments infused with botanicals.
In the spa, attentive massage therapists and cosmetologists indulge clients in all-over relaxation, and it helps that the five of them combine an FDR presidency worth of experience: more than 30 years. Their facials eschew chemicals for natural ingredients, and refreshing body wraps incorporate rosemary, mint, and exotic avocado and coconut oils.
At Salon Milano and Spa, plant-based Aveda products lend customized aromatherapy and natural nutrients to salon and spa services. The products' holistic focus matches the manner in which the staff conducts spa services: in addition to explaining the purpose of each step in the facial or massage, therapists also guide clients through stress-relieving visualization exercises to calm the mind. All treatments are customized, from the aromatherapy of a massage to the angle of the cut performed by senior or new-talent stylists in the salon. Tuscan Sanctuary is open late on weekdays to accommodate busy schedules and UV rays that, like Napoleon and his chef after saying they preferred English bread to baguettes, are exiled.
Clear Choice specializes in many med-spa procedures including treatments for hair removal, rosacea, leg veins, wrinkles, as well as sun damage/sun spots and many other skin conditions. The choice is clear, Clear Choice for clear skin!
Blush Day Spa, which opened in the latter part of 2013, assembles a crack team of skilled professionals. They offer a full range of services including facials, waxing, mani-pedis, Botox, and massage. Co-owners Andrea and Rashelle specialize in skincare, and their partner Stacy focuses on the nailcare and nail art, applying CND additives to create one sparkly accent nail or a full set of eye-catching tips that attract more attention than screaming, "You're all aliens!" in a movie theater. The Spa's massage therapist Farron says she takes joy from helping people relax, using reflexology and the aid of hot basalt stones. "I love to loosen tight muscles and stretch around the upper back and neck area," she says. "Everyone I see is tight and tense in [that] area."
