After 28 years in the United States Army and 16 years as a master fitness trainer and personal trainer, Trish Fisher understood firsthand what it takes to stay fit, especially when injuries get in one's way. To share her hard-won knowledge with the public, she became DeVoir Fitness Studio's director and began choosing and designing programs to help clients get and stay fit. She works with other trainers who also bring their own expertise to the programs. Together, they teach a wide array of classes that range from proprietary workout programs such as Piloxing, Pilates and R.I.P.P.E.D. to small group-focused, intense workouts such as Boot Camp, Kettlebells and T-DeZyne.
