Chilly treats can be paired with hot espresso drinks featuring the fresh flavor of locally roasted beans. Beans are acquired through Family Direct trading, which pays fair wages to coffee farmers and their families in South America and Africa for the best-grown coffee from their fields.

But at LIMEberry, they're a sweet addition to a healthy diet. That's because they're frozen yogurt flavors that are chock full of live, active cultures, protein, calcium, and vitamin B12. Each day, 8 to 15 flavors are on tap, ready for customers to pour their choice of fro-yo into cups before dousing them in toppings such as granola, blueberries, gummy bears, and chocolate chips. I am a former law enforcement officer that Bakes under the name Undercover Baker. Whenever we deliver an order or attend an event we like to say "The Undercover Baker Strikes Again". Mystic Flames is also a very community oriented Bakery and is currently donating 3% of its annual earning towards autism awareness. We have a special puzzle piece cookie that we made to represent autism awareness.
Are there any dishes on the menu you consider to be a hidden gem?not necessarily the most popular, but surprisingly delicious?
Our Cinnamon Sugar (Snickerdoodle ) cookies are my absolute favorite. For some reason people would rather have chocolate but these have just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar.
In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
Fresh baked homemade goods. All the cookies are made from scratch. A mixture of southern charm, Northern pizazz, and Western creativity. A menu that can fulfill any comfort food addiction for dessert.
