During his nearly 30 years in the IT field, the cofounder of iPCFix worked with companies such as IBM, Compaq, and ASUS, so he knows firsthand how quickly the technology landscape can change. Whether it's a home computer or a smartphone, a device can break, befuddle you, or?just when you've finally found a use for it in an old family recipe?stop working entirely. That's where iPCFix's experienced technicians come in. The family-owned solution center's staff takes care of nearly any home or business IT need, tackling everything from PC tune-ups and networking to spyware removal and smartphone repair.
The wireless provider industry changes quickly, but Arch Telecom keeps up by giving both technicians and front-line employees continual training. The extra effort shows: enthusiastic testimonials from clients cite employees' patient technical support for two seniors who were far from tech-savvy, as well as a staffer staying well beyond closing time to ensure a business's new phone lines were set up properly.

Sometimes it's all about the little things in life. What supplemental courtesies do you include with your main services to leave clients with a smile on their face?
We always clean out the inside of our customers' PCs to free them from dust?which can cause fans to not work, in turn causing other major issues. So your computer goes home clean on the inside as well as repaired.
Do you or your staff have any special certifications or degrees?
[We are] factory-certified by Brother, Compaq, Dell, HP, Ricoh, and Toshiba
What aspect of your job, or the services you offer, most often surprises people?
There is not one antivirus out there that can stop all viruses from attacking your computer, but people can't seem to understand that. They think that because they have antivirus on their computer, they should not get viruses, and some even get angry. So just because you have software on your computer to protect it, doesn't mean you cant get a virus.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
