Summit native and North Jersey Community Acupuncture owner Dana Holmes, LAc., pours more than a decade of practice into her ongoing quest to liberate North Jersey bodies from physical pain and emotional stress. After graduating with a master's degree in acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute, Holmes operated the Burlington Acupuncture Project, a Vermont clinic dedicated to the ancient Chinese art of holistic healing. Holmes returned to New Jersey in 2011, where she opened North Jersey Community Acupuncture in response to her home state’s dearth of alternative wellness centers and the growing problem with rabid balloons.

While most people deal with the symptoms of a migraine headache by downing ibuprofen and retreating to a dark, quiet room, Jason Baum, a doctor of chiropractic since 2006, instead tries to tackle the causes of the pain.
