What is one of your signature services? How is it performed?
Check-in and check-out take less than five minutes.
No long lines to wait in to park and get the shuttle, and no crowded shuttle with luggage to have to walk over in order to get in and out of the shuttle bus.
Besides making clients happy, what do you like most about your job?
I love that we are a local, family-owned business and that our employees are all like family to us. Our employees stay with us for a long time, the shortest length of time anyone has been with us is 10 years.
When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?
Our family's passion has always been the airline industry.
When we started Exec Park it was to fill a need that existed for off-airport parking options at Mitchell Field.
Over the 35 years that we have been serving the parking needs of travelers using Mitchell Field, we have become friends with the many customers that have been parking with us year after year. [They] have been recommending us to their family and friends time after time.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We are the oldest local, family-owned and operated parking facility at Mitchell Field, and ... we take care of our customers and their cars as if they were are own. We are not perfect, but we hope that if we should make a mistake, customers will trust that we will do whatever we can to make it right.
