Normally it?d be a bit odd to walk into a stranger's house and just jump around, but it's encouraged at Jumperooz: It?s an indoor bounce castle where younger kids can bop around all over the furniture. Several multi-level play structures are on the premises that incorporate tunnels, a ball pit, and various slides for sock-clad youngsters to play on. There?s also a separate area for toddlers with more age-appropriate toys and activities, such as glimmer arts, making their own bears, stationery for writing the first drafts of their college essays.
In the Jumperooz party packages, kids can do rounds of laser tag, lazer maze challenge, X-BOX and arcade games.

At Creative Hands Early Learning Child Development Center, kids zoom down the playground slide, experiment with handprint art, and learn new, age-appropriate skills under the staff's watchful eye. With programs for youngsters ranging from infants to 12-year-olds, the center's curricula vary widely, but they all emphasize the idea that learning and play aren't mutually exclusive. The teachers also allow kids to work at their own pace and skill level, cultivating a can-do attitude and a love of learning, rather than a belief that learning should be avoided at all costs.
The four trainers and two instructors at Rushlow’s Arabians combine more than 150 years of experience in the equestrian industry, applying their expertise in the areas of breeding, training, and riding. Rather than focus solely on riding techniques in the saddle or trying to teach horses sign language, riders learn the full spectrum of horsemanship, including equine anatomy, proper stall etiquette, and tacking up a horse. Students of all abilities have their choice of instruction in Western, Hunt Seat, Saddle Seat, Driving, and Dressage atop designated lesson horses, most of which have retired from the show ring.
Manu and Ila Patel decided to share their recipes with others inside Krishna Catering & Restaurant. They stuff dosas (thin crepes) with cheese and vegetables and toss onions and jalapeños into uttapam (thick pancake) mix, creating dishes that helped the eatery earn the Best Vegetarian Restaurant award on the 2012 Detroit A List. Ila also blends Indian and Chinese flavors, dousing cheese cubes in Chinese sauce and sprinkling chili and soy sauces over veggies. Manu and Ila also cart their myriad dishes off site, catering weddings and celebrations held after passing court-mandated polygraph tests.
