Gourmet & Healthy in Webster

With a stock of oils, vinegars, and spices plucked from around the world, it’s fitting that Oil & Vinegar is itself an import, first conceived of in the Netherlands in 1999. Since then, the multinational shop has expanded to more than 70 locations across 13 countries, garnering awards and popularity along the way for its international foods and cookware from Italy, Spain, and France. The Woodlands outpost is no different, highlighting a dizzying collection of imported goodies with a lighted wall of suspended glass containers filled with more than 40 golden, olive-green, and caramel-hued oils and vinegars on tap. Customers can sample these flavors before filling up oil bottles brought from home or from an abandoned Pizza Hut. Specialty olives, flavored pastas, and fig spreads round out the selection and fill sturdy, wooden shelves alongside European hand-painted ceramics and cookbooks.
