In 2005, Thanh Tran took a risk when she left her job in the medical field to focus on her longtime passion, Pilates. She dove headfirst into the therapeutic practice of Stott Pilates, garnering certifications in basic matwork, Reformer training, and injury and post-rehabilitation Pilates. With her extensive Pilates knowledge, Tran founded PilatesCircle and stocked her studio with Stott Reformers, barrels, and chairs to enhance her students' practice. The studio's mat and Reformer classes—which are limited to small class sizes—incorporate Stott principles to benefit beginners and
aficionados alike, and include a session for children age 10–12. When practiced regularly, Pilates can help students increase their mobility, strength, flexibility, and body awareness, and specialized regimens target specific muscles to help golfers, runners, and full-contact ping-pong players prevent injury. Those looking for an even more personal Pilates experience can schedule a private solo, tandem, or trio session.
At Pilates Emporium, the classes cater to a diverse clientele?therapeutic yoga sessions, for example, help students combat chronic soreness and aches, and Osteo-Pilates sessions hinge on bone-strengthening work. STOTT-certified instructors helm the sessions, which also can focus on traditional mat or reformer work; they keep classes small to allow for a level of customization. To complement the group workouts, the facility hosts personal training and an infrared sauna, whose warmth helps detox physiques.
At Bodhi Yoga and Wellness Centre, a team of certified and experienced instructors lead several daily classes designed for toning and strengthening yogis of all skill levels. Focus on proper breathing and alignment with Hatha and flow yoga classes, or give ligaments, bones, and joints some extra attention with yin yoga, the gentle, retiring wallflower to muscle-minded yang yoga’s brawny athlete. During the infrared hot yoga class, the room gradually heats up from aspiring contortionists' body heat, improving flexibility, reducing muscle stiffness, and banishing toxins and lurking phantoms from the body. Call ahead to schedule your classes.

Q&A with Brad Anderson, Manager
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
The biggest reason most people don't succeed is not having all the tools to work with. Our Fitness Assessments with our highly qualified Personal Trainers will get a starting point for you by doing full measurements, [finding] body fat percentage, [and] calculating caloric needs and physical abilities. At this point we will be able to customize a personal plan for your success.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
After your workout relax by the pool or enjoy a sauna. Members are also welcome to bring families for a swim, as well.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Energy Fitness Studio is also home of Niagara's only 10,000 square foot Obstacle Course Training Center, with two 10-fooft walls, sleds, tires, ropes, logs, and so much more.

When Rick Rugg and Bob Schiffhauer founded the first of their gyms in 1980, they chartered their gym around three values: service, cleanliness, and having owners operate their own facilities. True to the founders' original vision, each location's employees strive to keep their cardio and resistance equipment spic and span as they care for facilities. In addition to personal training, instructors lead a schedule of more than 400 group fitness classes?including cycling, Kardio Kick, and Zumba?offered each week across their eight locations. At the clubs, trainers also help guests master CrossFit functional equipment and use TRX suspension training systems to help them connect with their vine-savvy pet orangutans.
