Fit Body Boot Camp's instructors all over the world share a common goal: to help clients hit their fitness and weight-loss goals with regimented training programs. Trainers lead group workouts that combine cardio with resistance exercises, strength training, and light alligator wrestling. They design the workouts to be as time-effective as possible and vary the routines constantly to avoid workout plateaus that can leave clients feeling uninspired. Trainers empower their students with healthy eating guidelines to keep motivation high outside of class.
During one-on-one sessions, certified personal trainers plan out tailored fitness programs, which clients can take with them to Fit Body Boot Camp’s gyms to continue shaping up on their own.

What sets your business apart from your competition?
The ladies -nly Power Punch and Cross Fusion Fitness classes were created by a professional MMA Fighter to give all women the ability to train like a pro and look like a pro, without getting punched, kicked, or taken down. The workouts we do are the same workouts professional fighters and athletes use in their every day training routines.
What was the inspiration for starting this business?
A girlfriend came to me for help with post baby weight loss, and after seeing results so soon, convinced me to extend my training to other women.
What is the best reaction you?ve ever gotten from a customer?
We've gotten too many to choose just one. But to see women who have never worked out a day in their life lose dress sizes, and feel better about themselves, is simply amazing.
What?s your favorite part about your job?
Seeing people succeed. Seeing people happy about themselves now, when before they weren't.
At Boot Camp With A Cause, classes don't just focus on the physical. Five key elements?mindset, nutrition, supplementation, strength training, and cardio conditioning?inform the programs at the workout haven. This holistic approach helps members adjust their perspective on health as they lose pounds and tone limbs to resemble their favorite Greek statues. The fitness organization also focuses on the community, regularly donating to local charities and holding occasional free Saturday boot camps in which students bring blankets, food, and clothing for those in need.
At each of its 14 locations across Georgia and Florida, Kinetix Health Club helps members build powerful muscles and burn fat with a wide range of classes and workouts. Guests maximize their sessions at the gym by working out under the guidance of a professional personal trainer or condition and strengthen their bodies in classes such as RPM indoor cycling, high-intensity Body Pump aerobics, or martial-arts-inspired Body Combat.
A 15-year member of the US Army, Jose Martinez first discovered CrossFit at the US Army's Infantry Basic Officer Course. He found himself instantly drawn in by the mental and physical challenge of the exercise form and began to pursue it regularly. Soon, he earned a certification as a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and opened his own gym, CrossFit Emanation, where he shares the ever-mutating regimen with his students.
Unlike traditional gyms that take a laissez-faire approach to fitness, letting clients fumble through their own workouts, Orangetheory leads exercisers in innovative personal group-training sessions that run through four distinct steps. Inside the warm, citrus glow of each facility, dozens of treadmills, rowing machines, free-weight sets, and Trx suspension systems await the next interval changeover. Music sends electric currents of energy through the atmosphere as patrons sweat out calories, and personal trainers patrol the aisles, giving pointers for touching up form and blinking out motivational words in Morse code. Clients keep an eye on their heart-rate readouts to ensure they're in the peak range for burning fat and building muscle. After an hour—during which guests complete a 10- to 30-minute interval at each of the four stations—the "orange effect" sets in and jump-starts metabolisms, possibly for days after the workout has ended.
Orangetheory Fitness has been highlighted in the New York Times for its seminal workout plan, which was designed by Florida fitness expert Ellen Latham to help people to turn their workout plateaus into springboards. With more than 50 classes per week at each location, members can capitalize on the gym's personal-training vibe and stimulating group setting at their leisure.
