It isn't always easy to find time to workout. Anytime Fitness accommodates their members' diverse workout schedules by giving them access to fitness equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The facility is monitored day and night by a security system, and members can enter whenever they wish using their own key rather than answering three riddles posed by a troll living under the doormat. Once inside, they can enjoy the gym’s many amenities, from plate-loaded strength equipment and private showers to hydromassage tables and TV-equipped cardio machines. Members can also augment their workout regimens with group fitness classes and health plans designed by Anytime Fitness's expert staff.
Love 2 Be Fit Studio wants to turn routine workouts into parties. At this Zumba-focused fitness center, enthusiastic, Zumba-licensed instructors teach the easy-to-learn routines, a fusion of cardio and dance moves performed to pounding rhythmic beats. Meanwhile, down the hall from the wood-floored, mirror-lined studio, there's a staffed and babysitting room where moms can send kids to play. And, as if Love 2 Be Fit Studio wasn't already a fun place to work up a sweat, the studio also hosts event nights and special party classes to help guests get even more pumped about exercise.
With two locations, the Kirkwood Fitness and Racquetball Clubs allows guests of all fitness levels to work toward getting healthy with a range of amenities. Members can raise heart rates using cardio equipment, tone muscles during water aerobics classes, relax in the sauna, or sample a soothing yoga class. Personal trainers can work one-on-one with members to help customize a workout routine, or just supervise the overly confident free weights when they attempt to lift themselves.

After more than two years of doing Zumba, Toni and Stacy launched Mix It Up Fitness in August 2012 to share their style of instruction with more people. They added a weight-training component to Zumba?a high-energy workout inspired by latin dance and other international moves?and also offer a hip-hop toning class where students dance with light weights. Both Toni and Stacy have Zumba B1 and B2 certifications, as well as certification from the International Fitness Association.
When women find a fun new fitness class, they talk. Which is lucky for Aerobic Rhythmics, since it was primarily word-of-mouth that caused the aerobic workout to spread throughout 20 schools in Montgomery and Bucks counties, community buildings, and church locations since the first class in 1980. Instructors lead them through engaging, high-energy routines with nothing but resistance bands, hand weights, and mats, which produces lasting results.
