At each of Fat Cats' five locations, strikes and spares light up the screens of automatic scoring systems. Bowling balls roll and skip down lanes in normal conditions, against retractable bumpers, or under the fluorescent glow of Thunder Alley, when the facility transforms into a music-filled fusion of a bowling alley and dance club. Each lane's crashing pins echo the softer clacking of putters at the glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course and the ringing lightshow of the arcade. Elsewhere, the scents of pizza and deep-fried bowling balls waft through the fun haven. Each Fat Cats location partners with different restaurants, including The Pizza Factory at its Salt Lake facility and Champzz Bar at the Westminster location.

The instructors at Bikram Yoga Ogden help students achieve a soothing state of calmness through the Bikram method of hot yoga. They guide guests through 26 poses in a studio heated to improve muscle elasticity, which reduces the threat of injury. The heat also encourages detoxification and elevates heart rates. Instructors stay positive and supportive throughout their classes, which help build strength and flexibility and elongate ligaments, joints, and facial hair. The staff also uses these poses to teach students the valuable skill of controlling their breath.

Classic Fun Center's Layton facility shelters its various attractions in a pirate-themed playground. Guests can rack up strikes on the mini-bowling lanes or ascend a three-story rock wall. The park also hosts a bounce area with inflatable slides and obstacles courses, as well as an arcade with more than 50 games such as skee-ball and Deal or No Deal, where kids teach the computer how to pinky swear. Guests at Classic Fun Center's Riverdale location can cool off on the water park's four 300-foot slides, super-sized "fat" slide, kiddie splash ground, or inflatable slip-n-slide.

The rye-grass fairways at Eagle Lake Golf Course twine around three ponds and a smattering of bunkers. As nine-hole rounds commence, golfers face a long, wide fairway that encourages long drives, and the fifth hole’s dogleg left calls for expertly dispatched curve balls. The course’s driving range boasts 20 covered stalls, lighted from April through October; 8 of them are heated for hatching golf balls into chicks during the winter. A putting green, chipping green, and 60-yard pitching green round out the practice area, and guests can also take advantage of professional guidance in lessons.

Eagle Lake Golf Course also offers mining-themed miniature golf for the entertainment of smaller-scale gamers. The course's 18 holes of putt-putt wend past diminutive waterfalls and around three mountains, including a 12-foot peak with mine shafts and mining carts.
